Sweater Weather has finally arrived in LA and just in time for Thanksgiving! From the moment I saw this turtleneck in Nordstrom I knew I had to have it. It was love at first sight. And when I tried it on I fell in love all over again; it’s the perfect oversized sweater and can be worn many ways. I purchased the sweater in the color oatmeal but I also want to get the black and olive colors as well. As you know from my recent blog posts I am completely obsessed with my Steve Madden ‘Gorgeous’ Boots and I love dressing them up, or down as pictured here. I’m usually not a fan of jeans but I love the silhouette that the jeans take under the oversized turtleneck. I also am not a fan of wearing my hair up, but I decided to twist my hair into a bun for a more sophisticated look. The coat was purchased from Nordstrom as well but is two years old now. I used to wear this coat a lot when I lived in San Francisco because it’s a lightweight but still adds warmth. I also love the leather and button details on the coat. This warm color palette is perfect for any Thanksgiving/Fall occasion!

I want to wish everyone a Happy and Fashionable Thanksgiving! I hope everyone has a great holiday filled with family and friends (and food)! PS. oversized sweaters are perfect for hiding stuffed bellies ;)

Assuming you can already tell, the one thing I can not take off this fall are my Steve Madden 'Gorgeous' Over The Knee Boots. I previously posted a fall favorites post here including these boots and comparing them to the Stuart Weitzman OTK Boot. I can officially say I am obsessed. They're comfortable, easy to clean and significantly cheaper, while still looking absolutely stunning. Another accessory that I am loving this fall are blanket scarves. This black and cream plaid poncho scarf is from Zyania. I love how easy it is to pair with anything from jeans and a t-shirt to a dress. I quickly throw it on as I head out the door for added texture and I love the plaid pattern. This dress is also a go to, I wear it often because it is so versatile. I bought this swing tank dress during the summer from Urban Outfitters, the link to the winter version is below. I literally want everything by the brand Silence + Noise from Urban. Last but not least by necklace is from Charming Charlie, again a similar link is below because this is from a couple months ago. I absolutely love dynamic of this outfit added by the blanket scarf and I can't wait to show you more blanket scarfs this fall and winter!
